Place in the microwave for 2 minutes on full power for a 650W machine. Time should be adjusted according to the power of your microwave.

Place heated bag around affected joint (neck, shoulder, elbow, knee, etc) and let the heat soothe away tension. When the bag begins to cool, give it a gentle shake. This will give another 5-10 minutes of warmth.
